It seems to load about a 3rd of the way within the first minute and stops, then after a period of 4-5 mins it loads all the way and says 'waiting for players'. Now instead of 'lost connection to host' I get - 'Not enough players for game' (something along those lines) after waiting the same period. But then i managed to find a guide for the port forwarding thing and set that up.
